At Revel Bikes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your ride, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all bikes and gear. All products must be in new, unridden condition and returned in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our rider support team via email or our online portal with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Pack Your Gear
Carefully pack your item in its original shipping box, ensuring all components and manuals are included. Please clearly write your RA number on the outside of the package.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at an authorized shipping center using the prepaid label provided by our team. We recommend keeping your tracking receipt for confirmation.
Inspection and Refund
Once our mechanics inspect the returned item to verify its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
