What is the lead time for a new bike build?

Standard builds typically ship within 7-10 business days. Custom configurations may take up to 3 weeks depending on component availability.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and import duties are calculated at checkout based on your specific location.

What is your return policy on complete bikes?

We offer a 30-day return window for bikes in like-new condition. Please note that a restocking fee may apply, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Does my frame come with a warranty?

All Revel framesets are backed by a Lifetime Warranty against manufacturer defects for the original owner.

Can I upgrade components after placing an order?

If your order has not yet entered the assembly phase, we can usually accommodate upgrades. Please contact our support team immediately to check your order status.

What assembly is required upon delivery?

Bikes arrive 90% assembled. You will need to install the handlebars, front wheel, and seatpost. We recommend a final safety check by a professional mechanic.
